Website Redesign — Jetsetter Kids Club
"Prompt communicator and understood the objectives."
I'm Irfan B., a full-stack & CMS developer who's shipped 90+ Shopify, WordPress, and custom builds over 12+ years. If your site is slow, hard to update, or quietly costing you customers, that's exactly the problem I get hired to fix.
Pick the wrong CMS, or a bloated page builder, and you'll pay for it later — in slow load times, expensive maintenance, and design changes that take weeks instead of hours.
Across 150+ projects, my job has been making sure that doesn't happen to you. Whether you're launching an MVP, scaling an e-commerce operation, or modernizing a system stuck in 2015, the process stays the same: understand the real problem, engineer the right solution, and communicate clearly the whole way through.
Shopify (custom themes, apps & headless), WordPress, WooCommerce, and headless commerce architectures built for performance and conversions.
React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js, and custom API integrations that are clean, scalable, and built to last.
Embedding ChatGPT, OpenAI, and other AI APIs into real products that automate workflows, enhance UX, and give businesses a genuine edge.
Who I work with: first-time founders launching an MVP, growing businesses scaling their e-commerce operations, and established companies modernizing legacy systems.
Most agencies pass you between specialists who've never spoken to each other. I handle build, commerce, design, and growth myself — nothing gets lost in translation, and you're not paying five people to figure out whose job it was.
Most bad project experiences come from unclear scope, not bad code. Here's exactly how that gets avoided, every time.
Understand the business problem, the platform, and what "done" actually looks like before writing a line of code.
Clean, scalable architecture — Shopify, WordPress, or a custom stack — with milestones you can see progress against.
Cross-browser, cross-device QA and a controlled launch — no surprise breakage on go-live day.
Ongoing fixes, optimization, and the marketing services (SEO, PPC, social) to keep growing what's live.
Real projects, real client feedback pulled straight from the Upwork job record — not marketing copy. The record includes a couple of honest 3- and 4-star ratings mixed in with the 5s, too — nothing here is cherry-picked.

Anyone can put five stars on a homepage. Every quote below is a verified Upwork review you can check yourself — 50 written reviews, a 100% Job Success Score, and clients who keep coming back.
Short, practical reads for owners deciding what to build on, what to fix first, and who to trust with the budget. No jargon, no sales pitch.
Every platform has a place — and a breaking point. Which one fits your catalog, your growth plans and whoever updates the site day-to-day, explained in plain terms.
Slow on mobile, a developer needed to change a price, carts abandoned more than they convert. Most owners don't notice these until someone points them out.
Scope before invoices, ownership of your own domain and logins, and why paying outside the platform removes the protection that exists to cover you.
The questions that come up most before someone hires — answered plainly, so you can decide with confidence.
Projects start at $25/hr, billed through Upwork so every hour and milestone is tracked and payment-protected on both sides. For a fixed scope, I'll quote a flat project price after a quick discovery conversation — no surprise invoices.
Don't take my word for it — check the record: a 100% Job Success Score across 90 Upwork jobs, a 4.9/5 average from 50 written client reviews, and Top Rated status, which Upwork only grants to freelancers with a consistent history of on-time, high-quality delivery.
I'm currently taking on new projects. A typical WordPress or Shopify build runs 2–4 weeks depending on scope; a migration or optimization job is often faster. You'll get a concrete timeline before any work begins, not after.
Launch isn't the finish line. I stay available for fixes, optimization, and — if you want it — the ongoing SEO, PPC, and social media work to keep growing what we built, using the same Upwork contract for continuity and protection.
Both. A large share of my work is exactly that: migrating a site off a bad platform, untangling a slow WordPress build, or optimizing an existing Squarespace or Shopify store — you don't need to start from zero to bring me in.
Yes — that's usually the first conversation we have. I'll ask about your catalog size, growth plans, and who's going to update the site day-to-day, then recommend a platform based on that, not on what's most profitable for me to build.
Yes — that's the whole point of doing a migration properly. URL structure is mapped, 301 redirects are set for every old page, metadata and heading structure carry over, and the site is re-indexed after launch. Migration work is a large share of what I do, including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and WooCommerce moves.
Every build is responsive by default and tested on real devices, not just a resized browser window. Speed is treated as part of the job — image optimization, clean code, caching and Core Web Vitals checks — because a slow site quietly costs you both rankings and sales.
That's the goal. Sites are built so prices, products, pages and images can be edited from the CMS without a developer — and I'll walk you through it with a short handover session or recording, so you're not paying for changes you could make in two minutes.
You do — the domain, hosting, CMS logins and the code all stay in your name. Nothing is held hostage on my accounts, and you're free to take the site to another developer at any point. Good work keeps clients, not locked credentials.
Yes — OpenAI and other AI APIs can be integrated into a site or app you already have: support chat, content generation, product recommendations, or back-office automation. The starting question is always which task AI should actually take off your plate, not bolting on a chatbot for the sake of it.
Most of my clients are outside Pakistan. I keep overlapping hours with US and European schedules, reply within the working day, and keep communication on Upwork so messages, files and milestones all stay in one place.
Revisions are built into every milestone, not charged as extras. Work is delivered in stages you approve as we go, so problems get caught early instead of at handover — and because everything runs through Upwork, the milestone protection sits on top of that as a backstop.
Send me what you're building on Upwork — I'll reply with a realistic timeline and clear scope before anything starts. Every hour is tracked and payment-protected through Upwork, so you're never taking a blind risk.
